Can I exchange, upgrade, or return the instrument?
Yes. The program is designed to adapt as the musician grows, changes instruments, or decides to purchase.
Does my rental money apply toward purchase?
Yes. Eligible rental credit may apply toward purchase or upgrade, with no interest and no cap, subject to the rental agreement.
What is the difference between Premier, Performance, and Studio?
The primary difference is cosmetic condition. Every instrument must meet MusicMasters playability and service standards before it is rented.
Do I need a credit check?
No. MusicMasters does not require a traditional credit check for the rental program.
What identification is required?
A state- or federally-issued picture ID showing residency is required when finalizing the contract. A passport or passport card cannot be accepted because it does not establish residency.
