Parking Information

Convenient customer parking is available in our side lot. Because parking is limited, the MusicMasters parking lot is reserved for customers shopping at our store during the time they are parked. If you are visiting another Midtown business, please use that business’ parking facilities. Thank you for helping us keep parking available for MusicMasters customers.

Rental Returns

If you or your child no longer needs the instrument you are renting, please return it directly to MusicMasters. We cannot terminate your rental contract until we have physical possession of the rental instrument. Please do not leave your instrument with a music teacher, as there is no guarantee it will make it back to our store before the end of the school year.

We recommend returning your rental instrument before your next payment due date so you are not charged. If you are unable to return it before the due date, you may receive a refund if the instrument is returned within a few days of the account payment. If you have any questions, please contact us.
