Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Support day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with financial data. You’ll play a key role in keeping our accounting records clean, reconciling transactions, and supporting the administrative backbone of MusicMasters.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis
- Review and reconcile daily sales, rental, and payment transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Assist with general office administration and internal reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with numbers, transactions, and reconciliations
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting tasks (formal or practical)
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear communication and professional discretion
