Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis
• Review and reconcile daily sales, rental, and payment transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Assist with general office administration and internal reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with numbers, transactions, and reconciliations
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting tasks (formal or practical)
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and professional discretion
• Background check is required for this position.

• Learn installation standards, system setup, and basic troubleshooting

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Interest in electronics, AV, networking, or IT
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Willing to complete required background checks
• Experience helpful but not required — we train the right candidate
